A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment using our online booking system. This amount is redeemable against the total cost of the treatment.
Should you require to change an appointment, 7 days notice is required or your booking fee will be lost. All booking change requests need to be made via email only- info@ibrowsuk.com
The booking fee can be transferred to another date on ONE occasion, with the specified notice given. Please note that if you do require to move your appointment, you will be rebooking to the current wait time of approximately 3-7 months.
If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours’ notice or less, you may be refused any further appointments.
7 days’ notice is also required to move any free touch up appointment. If the specified notice is not given, an additional £50 booking fee will be required in full before you can be rebook. Again, the free touch up can be moved once.
Whilst a third session is rare, it can occasionally be required for oilier skin types, those with thin blood, or those taking certain medications. There charge for an additional session is £50.
The same applies to annual colour boost appointments, the annual colour boost is a touch up which is 1 session. If the treatment is changed at your annual colour boost appointment e.g. from microblading to combré, there is an increased possibility you will need an additional session which is chargeable.
This appointment must be booked within 6 weeks of the previous touch up or the annual colour boost prices will then apply.
Under no circumstances would a refund of any kind be considered; please ensure you are certain about having the treatment before booking an appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be lost. This is to avoid the knock-on effect lateness has on clients booked in the same day.
If you are more than 15 minuets late to a free touch-up, your appointment will be cancelled, and the £50 booking fee will be required for you to rebook.
Payments are required in full at the end of the treatment, before you leave.
Please come alone to your appointment. Unfortunately, due to insurance, children (under 18’s) are unable to attend the appointment, please ensure you have childcare arranged before booking a date and time.

Permanent makeup is not makeup, makeup is sat on the surface of the skin and therefore appears bolder and more prominent. Once healed, permanent makeup has a layer of skin over the top which inevitably softens its appearance.
Results always vary upon skin type.
Healed pictures are available to manage your expectations as to what can be achieved with permanent makeup on various skin types, please ensure you look through these before making a booking.
It is your responsibility to follow all pre and post aftercare advised. Failure to do so will affect your healed result and will increase the possibility of needing a chargeable additional session.
